An international movement to empower young girls and women to dream big, pursue each of their passions, and have a limitless mindset.

Women and girls should never have to shrink their dreams to fit someone else’s definition of success. Too often, they are told they must choose one path or version of who they can become. The Do It All Initiative challenges that narrative by empowering women and girls to pursue lives of purpose, ambition, and possibility without being confined to one identity. At its core, Do It All reinforces the power of women supporting women in their journeys. Research shows that 89% of women make more ambitious choices when surrounded by supportive female peers, proving that women rise higher when celebrated by other women. Do It All reminds women and girls that they can be multidimensional, dream boldly, and build lives that reflect the fullness of who they are.

My passion for empowering others began in 2012, when I created my organization Grand Jeté Every Day™. Inspired by the ballet term grand jeté—a giant leap—the organization encourages individuals to take a leap forward in their lives daily, whether that leap is educational, professional, personal, or creative.

Do It All asks one powerful question:
What is your “all”?

There is no standard answer or one-size-fits-all definition. The goal is to give women permission to decide for themselves what matters most, and then show up fully, intentionally, and confidently for that life.
